This conference, focused on speech and public speaking, was held in Ghazni province for the first time on November 4, 2019. The conference was organized for students, government employees, private sector workers, and anyone interested in the art of public speaking. The event took place for one day in the Cultural Hall of Ghazni province and was attended by more than 350 participants. The educational content of this program was based on the standard and accepted principles of public speaking, delivered by Professor Saihoon Kamgar, an expert in oratory and public speaking.
